Notice the language
This comparison pattern means that one thing is more precious or important than another. Use the first noun + 보다 to mark the comparison point, then add the second noun with 이/가 and 더 plus an adjective. It is useful whenever you want to say what matters more. Example: "저는 큰 파티보다 가족과 함께하는 시간이 더 소중합니다." = "I value time with my family more than a big party."
