나는 항상 최신 기술에 관심이 많았다. 특히 스마트폰은 내 생활에서 없어서는 안 될 도구였다. 어느 날, 새로 나온 스마트폰을 사러 가게에 갔다. 이 스마트폰은 평소와 달리 손동작만으로도 조작이 가능하다고 했다.
사실 나는 손목 부상이 있어서 평소에 스마트폰 사용이 힘들었다. 그래서 이 기능에 매우 기대가 되었다. 집에 돌아와서 새 스마트폰을 사용해 보았지만, 처음에는 손동작 인식이 잘 되지 않아 많이 답답했다.
시간이 지나면서 점점 스마트폰과 나의 연결이 좋아졌고, 손동작으로 사진을 찍고 친구들과 메시지를 주고받는 것이 편리해졌다. 그리고 이 새로운 기술 덕분에 나는 손목을 많이 사용하지 않아도 되었기에 부상 회복에 큰 도움이 되었다.
이 경험을 통해 나는 기술이 사람들의 삶을 얼마나 긍정적으로 바꿀 수 있는지 깨달았다. 하지만 기술에만 의존하지 않고, 적절한 운동과 휴식도 반드시 필요하다는 것도 알게 되었다. 앞으로도 기술을 잘 활용하며 건강을 함께 지키는 생활을 하려고 한다.
