Notice the language
Add 덕분에 after a noun to say that something happened thanks to that person, thing, or situation. It usually expresses a positive result. You can reuse it when a person, help, tool, or event makes a good outcome possible. Example: "친구 덕분에 좋은 소식을 들었어요." / "Thanks to my friend, I heard good news."
