나는 어제 바닷가에 작은 여행을 갔어요.
바다의 파도가 부드럽게 밀려왔고, 하늘은 맑고 푸르렀어요. 나는 모래 위에 앉아서 조용히 바다를 바라봤어요.
그런데 갑자기 나는 내 신발을 잃어버렸다는 것을 알았어요! 나는 신발을 찾으려고 모래사장을 돌아다녔어요. 하지만 너무 많아서 어디 있는지 몰랐어요.
나는 조금 걱정했지만, 대신에 바다 소리를 들으며 휴식을 하기로 했어요. 누구도 신발을 찾지 못했어요.

Notice the language
Use -(으)려고 after a verb stem to show purpose or intention, like 'in order to ...' or 'to ...'. Use -려고 after vowel stems and -으려고 after consonant stems. In the story, '찾으려고' means the narrator walked around for the purpose of looking for the shoes.
나는 신발을 찾으려고 모래사장을 돌아다녔어요.
I walked around the sandy beach in order to look for my shoes.
