Ο Μιχάλης βγήκε στο λιβάδι με την κόρη του, τη Μαρίνα. Το λιβάδι ήταν γεμάτο πράσινα φυτά και μικρά λουλούδια. Η Μαρίνα δεν μιλούσε παρά μόνο κοίταζε τα χρώματα και τα έντομα γύρω της.

Notice the language
Use χωρίς να + verb to say that something happens while another action does not happen. It means “without doing ...” and is useful in simple everyday descriptions. Example: «Επέστρεψαν σπίτι χωρίς να πουν πολλά.» = “They went home without saying much.”
