Η Μαρία κάθισε στον καναπέ και κοίταξε γύρω στο ήσυχο σπίτι. Δεν υπήρχαν γέλια, ούτε φωνές. Τα παιδιά είχαν φύγει για την γιαγιά.
Ήταν παράξενο να είναι μόνοι ο πατέρας και η μητέρα της για μία μέρα. Η Μαρία ένιωσε ένα μικρό κενό, σαν να έλειπε κάτι σημαντικό.
Μα ο πατέρας άνοιξε μια παλιά φωτογραφία και ξεκίνησαν να θυμούνται στιγμές μαζί. Γέλασαν με τις φωτογραφίες από παλιά γενέθλια και εκδρομές.
