Notice the language
Use this pattern to say that you are looking forward to something in the future. The verb is reflexive: sich freuen, and it is followed by auf plus the accusative form. It works for events, plans, or things you expect with pleasure.
Julia freut sich auf ein nächstes Treffen.
Julia is looking forward to another meeting.
