في أمسيّة هادئة، دخل سامر المطبخ وهو يشعر بطاقة غريبة غير معتادة. لم يكن يقصد الطهي، لكن رائحة البهارات في الهواء جعلته يستيقظ ليرى ما يختبئ في الرفوف.
لم يكن سامر طباخًا ماهرًا، لكنه قرر تجربة وصفة جديدة وجدها في كتاب قديم. وصفة تقول إنها تُوصل السعادة إلى من يأكلها، لكنها تحتاج إلى مكونات غير متوفرة في الأسواق العادية.
بدأ يبحث في كل زاوية من مطبخه، يخلط ويجرب أشياء مختلفة. في وسط هذا كله، نسِي تمامًا الوقت.

Notice the language
This pattern contrasts two ideas and corrects an expectation. Use ليس before the first idea, then بل before the real point. It is a reusable way to say 'not X, but Y' in Arabic.
