Heute früh im Krankenhaus ist alles ruhig. Anna ist eine Krankenschwester. Sie trägt ihre blauen Schuhe. Heute fühlt sie sich schnell und arbeitet viel.
In der Pause setzt Anna sich und zieht ihre Schuhe aus. Sie möchte kurz entspannen. Aber als sie später zurück will, findet sie einen Schuh nicht.
Sie sucht überall: unter dem Bett, neben dem Tisch, sogar im Flur. Doch der Schuh fehlt. Anna fragt ihre Kollegen, aber niemand hat den Schuh gesehen.
Plötzlich hört Anna ein leises Lachen aus dem Zimmer nebenan. Sie geht hin und sieht einen kleinen Jungen, der ihren Schuh in der Hand hat. Der Junge sagt: "Ich wollte nur spielen!" Anna lacht und nimmt den Schuh zurück.
Am Ende des Tages denkt Anna: "Manchmal passieren im Krankenhaus keine großen Probleme, sondern kleine Überraschungen." Sie ist müde, aber zufrieden.
