Gestern Abend hatte Martin eine besondere Idee. Er wollte ein neues Gericht kochen, aber er hatte keine genauen Zutaten.
In seiner kleinen Küche begann Martin zu experimentieren. Er schnitt Gemüse, suchte Gewürze und rührte alles zusammen. Doch plötzlich sah das Essen ganz anders aus als bei einem Rezept.
Seine Katze Mia sprang auf den Tisch und wollte probieren. Martin lachte, aber das Essen war wirklich seltsam. Der Duft war weder gut noch schlecht, einfach anders.
Trotzdem setzte sich Martin an den Tisch und probierte das Gericht vorsichtig. Es schmeckte überraschend interessant, etwas süß und ein bisschen scharf. Martin war stolz auf seine Arbeit, auch ohne Rezept.
Am Ende des Abends überlegte er, ob er das Rezept aufschreiben sollte oder das Geheimnis lieber bewahrt.
Martin dachte nach, wie manchmal das Ungewisse Spaß machen kann. Vielleicht wird er morgen wieder ohne Plan kochen. Er mag die kleinen Abenteuer in seiner Küche.

Notice the language
The pattern "ohne + noun" means "without". Use it with a noun to say that something happens with nothing of that kind. You can reuse it in many situations, for example: "Vielleicht wird er morgen wieder ohne Plan kochen."
