Игорь всегда любил готовить, но никогда не рисковал экспериментировать с новыми рецептами. Однажды он решил приготовить сложное блюдо из книги необычной кухни, которую нашёл на распродаже.

Он тщательно следовал рецепту, добавляя ингредиенты и проверяя время приготовления. Но когда блюдо было готово, Игорь заметил, что вкус совершенно не похож на то, что он ожидал. Ему казалось, что что-то пошло не так.

Вместо того чтобы выбросить еду, Игорь пригласил своих соседей попробовать блюдо. К его удивлению, им очень понравился новый вкус, даже несмотря на отличие от оригинала.

Этот опыт научил Игоря, что в приготовлении пищи важно не только строго следовать рецепту, но и доверять своему вкусу и творчеству. С этого дня он начал создавать свои собственные рецепты, которые впечатляли всех вокруг.

This pattern links two ideas and means "not only ... but also ...". It is useful when you want to add a second point that is just as important as the first. You can reuse it in many contexts, not only in cooking.
