Heute gehe ich zum Markt. Mein Name ist Nina und ich habe große Taschen dabei.
Der Markt ist voll. Viele Menschen kaufen Obst und Gemüse. Ich sehe frische Äpfel und rote Tomaten.
Ich will wenig Geld ausgeben. Aber die Taschen sind schwer. Ich frage mich, wie ich alles tragen kann.
Plötzlich fällt eine Tasche um. Die Orangen rollen auf den Boden. Die Leute schauen. Ich fühle mich ein bisschen rot.
Ein alter Mann hilft mir. Er sagt: „Kein Problem, ich helfe gern.“ Zusammen sammeln wir die Orangen auf.
Ich danke ihm. Er lächelt und sagt: „Manchmal passiert das, wenn die Taschen zu voll sind.“
Ich überlege, ob ich weniger kaufe. Aber dann denke ich, dass ich später mit dem Auto komme.
Am Ende gehe ich langsam nach Hause. Die Taschen sind schwer, aber ich bin stolz auf meinen Einkauf.
Zu Hause denke ich: "Manchmal ist der Weg nicht leicht, aber es lohnt sich."

Notice the language
Use wenn to say 'when' or 'if'. In a wenn-clause, the conjugated verb goes at the end: 'Manchmal passiert das, wenn die Taschen zu voll sind.' You can reuse this pattern for simple conditions and repeated situations.
