Mark went to the gym every morning because he wanted to stay healthy. He usually felt full of energy after his exercises.

One day, as he was lifting weights, he suddenly felt very dizzy. The room seemed to spin, and he had to sit down quickly. He thought it was strange because he was careful about his health.

A woman near him called for help and gave him water. Mark thanked her but still felt weak. He wondered if he was eating well or if he had enough rest.

The next day, Mark went to see a doctor. The doctor asked many questions and suggested some tests. Mark was nervous but wanted to find out the cause.

Later, Mark learned that he was not drinking enough water during his exercises. His body needed more liquids when he worked hard.

Now, Mark always takes a bottle of water and drinks often when he is at the gym. He feels better and enjoys his exercise again.

Sometimes, small changes can make a big difference in health, even if everything seems normal at first.
