Last Tuesday morning, Nia felt something odd. She was warm but suddenly cold inside. She did not have a fever, but her hands were shaking.

At school, Nia tried to pay attention, but it was hard. Her head felt light, and she wanted to go home. Her teacher saw her and asked if she was okay.

Nia said she was fine, but her voice was not strong. After class, the teacher told her mother and suggested Nia rest.

At home, Nia put on a warm sweater and sat on the sofa. She thought about the strange feeling. Was it the cold weather? Or maybe she had eaten something wrong?

Her mother gave her tea and told her to drink water. Nia watched the trees outside move quietly in the wind. She felt both tired and curious about her strange chill.

In the evening, Nia’s body temperature went back to normal, but the cold feeling stayed a little longer. She wondered if it was her mind playing tricks or something more.

Before sleeping, Nia wrote in her diary: "Today was unusual. My body felt different, but I learned to listen carefully. Sometimes, we feel things we do not understand right away."

She did not know if the chill would come back or why it happened, but she smiled and felt a small hope for tomorrow.

It was a quiet day, not full of answers, but full of small thoughts about health and feelings.
