Anna planned a small celebration for her birthday at home. She invited a few friends to come and enjoy the day with her.
Before the guests arrived, Anna decided to bake a cake herself. She wanted everything to be perfect, so she carefully followed the recipe.
But when it was time to taste the cake, something was wrong. The cake had a strange flavor—too salty! Anna was surprised and a little upset. How could she make such a mistake?
Her friends arrived and noticed Anna’s worried face. One of them asked, "Is the cake okay?" Anna explained what had happened.
Instead of feeling sad, the friends laughed softly and said, "It's okay! We can enjoy the party anyway."
Then, one friend suggested they try to find something else to eat. They looked around and found fruit, bread, and some ice cream.
The party continued with lots of talking, games, and jokes. Anna forgot about the cake mix-up. She realized that her friends' smiles were better than any cake.
At the end of the day, Anna felt happy. The day was not perfect, but it was full of good moments. She thought, maybe next year she would buy a cake instead of baking it herself.
The cake mistake became a funny memory, and Anna learned that sometimes, the little problems do not matter when you are with good people.
