Tom did not feel well this morning. He had a headache and felt very tired.
He did not want to go outside or play. Instead, Tom stayed in his room. He drank water and took a little rest.
At lunchtime, Tom's mother brought soup. He ate slowly and watched the trees outside his window.
Tom thought about his body. "Maybe today is a good day to be quiet and calm," he said to himself.
In the afternoon, Tom read a book about nature. He liked the pictures of animals and green fields.
He did not solve his headache completely, but he felt better inside. The quiet helped him be calm and strong.
Tom learned that sometimes health is not about fast movements or loud games. It is about listening to your body and giving it care.
Before bed, Tom smiled. "Tomorrow, I will try to play again," he thought. But tonight, he was happy with his quiet day.
