I have never thought much about sugar. It is in many foods, and I like sweet things.
One morning, my teacher told us to try a day without sugar. She said it would be a surprise for our body.
At breakfast, I did not eat my honey on bread. It was hard because I love honey. I drank only water.
At school, I saw my friends with chocolate bars. I felt a little sad but I said, "Today, I will be strong."
During the day, I felt strange. Sometimes I was happy, sometimes I was tired and a bit slow.
After lunch, I wanted to eat fruit. It was sweet but natural. I liked the taste.
At the end of the day, I felt proud. I had done something new for my body.
I thought, "Maybe I will try to eat less sugar sometimes."
I learned that a small change can feel big. It is not about stopping sweets forever, but about knowing I can choose.
Tomorrow, I will eat honey again, but I will think about sugar in a new way.
The day without sugar was not easy, but it was a good day for me.
