Yesterday, Lily found a phone on the bus. It was black and shiny.
She looked around, but no one was near. Lily did not know what to do. She thought, "Maybe I can find the owner."
At home, Lily took the phone. She tried to find a name or a number. The phone was locked. She felt a little worried.
Next day, Lily went to the bus stop. She asked the bus driver, "Did someone lose a phone here?"
The driver said, "Yes, a man called Mark. He told me he lost his phone."
Lily called the bus company to find Mark. Finally, they gave her a phone number.
Mark was very happy to hear Lily had his phone. He said, "Thank you! I need it for work."
Lily and Mark met at the bus stop. Mark smiled and said, "This is the best day for me."
Lily felt good because she helped someone, but she also thought, "Phones can be easy to lose."
At night, Lily looked at her own phone. It was small and fast, but she decided to be more careful with it.
The phone was lost, but the story was a small adventure for Lily. It did not end with a big party or surprise, just a quiet moment to help and think.
Maybe next time, she thought, she would find another little story in everyday things.
