午夜的茶馆味道

钟声响起,午夜已经来临。张伟走进一家隐藏在胡同里的小茶馆,空气中弥漫着淡淡的茶香和几分油纸伞的潮湿味。

茶馆不大,几张木桌旁坐着几位老人和几名学生,安静地品茶聊天。墙上贴满了各种手写的菜单,推荐的是几种经典的江南小吃。张伟点了一碗阳春面和一盘糖醋小排。

阳春面的汤头清淡却不失鲜味,面条柔软弹牙,伴随着葱花和豆芽的清爽。糖醋小排色泽诱人,酸甜适中,但当他刚夹起一块时,旁边的老人突然指着他的碗说:“少放了几片老姜,这面才有味。”

张伟疑惑地看向老人,老人微笑着解释当地传统:“姜片和阳春面很配,能提味又能暖胃。”这让张伟回想起小时候祖母做面时的味道,那是在北方,但那种温暖感此刻在南方也找到了连接。

他请店家加入了几片姜,重新品尝后,觉得整碗面的味道层次更丰富了。茶馆里的谈话声缓缓传来,张伟感受到某种时空交错的温度,这是一种简单却令人安心的幸福。

午夜的街灯透过窗户将影子拉长,张伟没有急着离开。或许,有些味道,就是用来找回记忆与自我的。

他默默决定,以后每次路过这家茶馆,都要停下来,喝一碗阳春面,再感受一次这份温和的时光。
